At Huili Nursery Nantong, sport and physical exercise are an essential part of the children's learning journey. It not only improves their physical coordination and balance, but also promotes further development of social and teamwork skills. Participating in various sport activities also teaches children observation and analysis skills, and improves their thinking and judgement abilities. Courage, Respect, Integrity, Kindness, Responsibility shown by children during sport activities also align with the values advocated by Huili. We hope to help children establish a lifelong love for sports and a healthy lifestyle from a young age and achieve all-round development.
Today, we finally welcomed the long-awaited Sports Day. After an inspiring opening speech, everyone started with an energetic warm-up dance - healthy body is essential for a better performance!
Unlike the Sports Day for older pupils, our dedicated PE teachers tailored events specifically for the physical and psychological characteristics of the Nursery children. Each station was more like a small adventure waiting for children to break through and challenge themselves. Come and take a look!

Let's cooperate and crawl forward from one " cave" to another!
We can cleverly use our legs to send the ball to the end without using our hands. Although children and parents have different body shapes, we can work together with our hands and feet to quickly reach the goal!
How do hula hoops limit our progress? We can move quickly with small steps!

Today's Sports Day was a joyful and exciting event. Children and families joined together and not only exercised their bodies through competition and games, but also improved their confidence and teamwork skills, demonstrating their perseverance and fighting spirit. We look forward to seeing the children's agile movements at next year's Sports Day!

Families of school age are welcome to register for our Day Pass Experience at Huili Nursery Nantong.
Parents will have the opportunity to meet with the Chinese and Western Co-head of Early Years, gain an in-depth understanding of our nursery’s educational philosophy and get an interactive experience of our unique facilities and environment.
Children will have the opportunity to join a classroom of their own age and be immersed in our bilingual classes with Huili pupils for an in-depth exploration of the joys of bilingual learning.
